Formulation & nutrition

Creamy by design.

Creamy and sparkling are difficult to balance. Too much body can soften the fizz; too much carbonation can turn sharp. HYLOR is designed to keep both.

The whey matrix

Creaminess starts with the whey we choose.

We use “whey matrix” as shorthand for the protein, dairy lipids and milk phospholipids naturally present in our whey ingredient. It is not a separately added blend.

Whey protein
25 g in every can
Dairy lipids
Naturally occurring in the dairy whey ingredient
Milk phospholipids
Naturally occurring in the dairy whey ingredient

No separately added emulsifiers*

No gums

No added creamer

These components are naturally present in the dairy whey ingredient. The finished texture comes from how that ingredient works within HYLOR’s complete formulation and processing, not from one component acting alone.

*Milk phospholipids occur naturally within the dairy whey ingredient.
